DIY: Neon Looped Necklace

When I received the package Marisa from Omiyage sent me full of neon goodies, I was super stoked!  She asked me to make a DIY jewellery piece so I decided to make this thread looped necklace which is way easier to make than it looks. Head over to the Omiyage blog for all the instructions.
