Yesterday was my mom's birthday so Nate and I went over to my parent's house for dinner. My mom is a chocolate lover so I decided to use my new custard cups I got for Christmas to make mini molten chocolate lava cakes for dessert (also a perfect dessert for Valentine's Day!).
I used this recipe and it was super easy! The dessert turned out great but a word of warning it's very rich so less is more in this case.
I wish I took more pictures but this dessert is best served hot so there wasn't much time. I would definitely make this again!
Lava cakes are my one of favorites desserts!! Especially with some vanilla bean ice cream ;)
