To me Valentine's Day is a celebration of love. It's about loving your friends, family, partner and most importantly yourself.

This past weekend we lost a music legend. Whitney's first album was my absolute favourite and the lyrics to The Greatest Love of All are ones I often belt out when I'm alone in my car. I love the message of the song: love yourself, never give up and be strong.
