Spring 2011 NYFW Trends

I FINALLY got a chance to sit down last night to check out all the spring NYFW shows (I know, I know I'm a month late) and while I saw a lot of great pieces, I wasn't blown away by any of the shows. In fact, some of my usual favs didn't even make it to my top 10 list. Did any one else experience this?

After going through the majority of the shows, I put together this post based on what I thought would be some of the big trends for next spring. Which ones do you see youself wearing?

Honourable mentions: navy, red, sheer fabrics, denim trousers, taupes & warm neutrals, 60's & 70's influences

Looking through all the spring trends makes me dream of warm weather, but until then I'm perfectly happy and cozy in my chunky knits, thick tights and coveted boots!
