Recipe: Frozen Lemonade Pie

This is the quickest, easiest dessert ever and it's perfect on hot summer days!

4 cups frozen vanilla yogurt

¾ cup frozen lemonade (thawed)

Prepared graham cracker crust

Whipped cream topping

  1. Mix together the frozen yogurt and lemonade.
  2. Pour mixture evenly into the pie crust. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  3. Top with whipped cream before serving.

-Use prepared shortbread cookie crust instead of the graham cracker crust (I didn't even know this existed until I bought it by mistake once, but it was delish with this recipe).

-Use limeade in replacement of the lemonade.

-Experiment with different flavours of frozen yogurt.
